Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026
Entity: SquareDrop LLC (“SquareDrop”, “we”, “us”), a Georgia limited liability company
Contact: support@squaredropga.com

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to people who use the SquareDrop website and app to order food for delivery or pickup in the Marietta / Cobb County area, and to people who join our launch mailing list. Restaurants and drivers are covered by their own separate agreements.

2. What we collect

You give us:

Created as you use the app:

We do NOT collect or store your card number. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and handled by them. We keep only a Stripe reference token that lets us charge a card you have authorized and never the card number, expiry, or security code.

Pickup orders are paid in person at the restaurant, so we process no payment for them at all.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with service providers who act on our behalf:

Provider What it receives Why
Stripe Payment details you enter, and order amounts To process delivery payments securely
Shipday Your name and delivery address for a delivery order To dispatch and route the driver
Google Maps Addresses you enter To convert them to map coordinates
Resend Your email address and the contents of emails we send you To deliver account, order and launch email
Cloudflare Technical request data for our website and apps To host and protect them
Sentry Technical error data (configured to exclude personal data) To detect and fix crashes

Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. If SquareDrop is ever involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and order information while your account is active and as needed to run the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Launch mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until launch email has been sent, whichever is later. You can ask us to delete your account (see section 7); some records may be retained where the law requires.

6. How we protect it

Passwords are hashed. Access to your account requires authentication. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). We limit staff access to what’s needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. Email support@squaredropga.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children

SquareDrop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and where appropriate we’ll notify you in the app.
